I am also be teaching a NEW class — Orange/Amber Wine! — on Wednesday, October 14, at Philosophers & Fools (a wine bar/bookstore also in downtown Charleston). I will give you the ticketing link in my newsletter on Sunday, September 13. And then a Sparkling Wine & Oyster class on Wednesday, December 9. Stay tuned for ticketing to the sparkling class; we usually announce 1 month out!
