I am also be teaching a NEW class — Orange/Amber Wine! — on Wednesday, October 14, at Philosophers & Fools (a wine bar/bookstore also in downtown Charleston). And then a Sparkling Wine & Oyster class on Wednesday, December 9. We have not set up ticketing yet but stay tuned to the newsletter!
