I am also be teaching a NEW class — Orange/Amber Wine! — on Wednesday, October 14, at Philosophers & Fools (a wine bar/bookstore also in downtown Charleston). It is also sold out, but email me to be put on the waitlist! And there will be a Sparkling Wine & Oyster class on Wednesday, December 9, also at P & F. Stay tuned for ticketing to the sparkling class; we usually announce 1 month out!
