My name is Sarah O’Kelley, and I live in Folly Beach, SC (just south of Charleston.) I come from a culinary/journalism background that ultimately led me to wine. I have been lucky enough to work in test kitchens (Emeril’s), start my own restaurant (The Glass Onion), and now run the wine program at Edmund’s Oast restaurant, and our retail shop Edmund’s Oast Exchange. There, I have the privilege of thinking and talking about wine all day every day.
But I truly love to write and want to reach as many folks as possible — thus, Grape to Table.
This will be an ever-evolving site that strives to connect folks across all ages and places through a common love of wine and food. I look forward to our journey together!
